New Life in Jesus - Happy Easter

It has been wonderful to celebrate Easter this weekend. Many thanks to everyone who contributed with flowers, art-work, cleaning, music, and many other ways.

Sadly, our LIVESTREAM FAILED again - on Sunday 20th April. Our internet connection dropped out after a few minutes. We made a recording and have uploaded it. Here’s the link.

The season of Easter continues for 40 days. See if you can make your chocolate last ‘til Ascension! And keep seeking God, looking for his new life, his kingdom coming in our lives and in the world. Do look up the Quiet Revival for the Bible Society report I mentioned on Easter Day.

Thank you for all your prayers and your generosity towards the roof appeal for Kingham Church. We have just the right amount to be able to say ‘yes’ to our contractor to go ahead with re-roofing the South Aisle, the most critical repairs. We will continue to raise funds and ask for help towards repairing the other roofs too.

April 2025: We have raised enough to start work on the South Aisle roof - our highest priority - and we will continue to raise funds and ask for help with the remainder of the repairs and our long-hoped-for development of the church.
