Seeking God in Prayer

As Christians we don’t have any particular power of our own but we have a great God, so we meet to pray to Him. In this monthly meeting we worship him for who he is and then focus on a particular aspect of the life of the church in our prayers.

Kingham - Dog Service

Dogs are an important part of many of our lives. They are a man’s best friend, it is often said, and a source of unconditional love, others might say. We’re having a service to celebrate our dogs and how important they are.

If you’d like to come for a walk first, let’s meet on the Adcraft Field (next to the Legion Clubhouse) at 3pm and walk together down to the river and towards Daylesford. We’ll turn around in time to get back to church for 4pm.

At 4pm please come to Kingham Church. Well-behaved dogs and owners are welcome, with all dogs on leads. If you don’t think it’s wise to bring your dog (I may not!) then leave them at home and come by yourself.

The service will be 30-40 minutes long, followed by tea and maybe a slice of cake.

Normal Service Schedule

With two church buildings, working out what service is on where and when is not easy! Hopefully, the list below will get you there. Occasionally, there are changes to the schedule. It is therefore a good idea to look at the current month’s copy of Church News or there are always monthly lists on the church noticeboards.

Our Facebook page also notifies you each week of where the services are.
