At the heart of the village, sharing the love of Christ.

Welcome to the Parish Churches of Kingham, Daylesford, and Churchill with Sarsden.

Welcome to Harvest!

We’re celebrating God’s great love for us in our harvest festivals this weekend and next. On Sunday 28th Sep we have our Harvest Festival in Kingham at 10.30am, together with a baptism.

Next weekend we celebrate in Churchill: decorating the church on Saturday and having a progressive meal in the evening; then our festival service on Sunday morning - 5th October. If you’d like to join us for the progressive meal please book a place on Monday 29th with Sam Shaw in the office (01608 652888).

We always make a collection of non-perishable food for the North Oxfordshire Community Foodbank. There’s a list below of the things they particularly need at the moment.

Kingham Church - Roof Appeal

Firstly, THANK YOU to everyone who has already contributed to our appeal.

June 2025:
The church family of St Andrew’s want the church building to be more hospitable and functional and accessible to all. Before development work can begin there are necessary repairs to be made, especially to the roof. Most of the necessary repairs have been planned in detail – the expected cost is £480k. By the end of June 2025 we have raised a total of £264k (paid and pledged) and await the start-date of the first phase of roof repairs this summer. In the last month we are especially grateful for the award of £25k from the Garfield Weston foundation and the first meeting of a new fundraising team. The first news of future fundraising events will be publicised very soon, to start in early September. In the meantime, do look out for us at the Village Fete on 13th July!

You can donate through this link: https://www.stewardship.org.uk/pages/kinghamchurch,
or dropping a cheque (made out to St. Andrew’s Church, Kingham) or cash to the Vicarage at 6 The Grange.
